Mr. LE VINH SON
Mr. Le Vinh Son is the founder of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company (SHI). In addition to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of SHI, he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Son Ha Energy Development Joint Stock Company; Chairman of Hoang Ha Production Investment and Development Sole Member Co., Ltd; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Son Ha FreeSolar Solar Power Joint Stock Company; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toan My Corporation Joint Stock Company; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lang Son Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company; Chairman of theMembers’ Council of Son Ha SSP Vietnam Sole Member Co., Ltd; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Son Ha Hansem Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
Futhermore, Mr. Le Vinh Son is also a delegate to the 15th Hanoi People's Council for the period of 2016 - 2021 and is currently a delegate to the 16th Hanoi People's Council for the period of 2021 - 2026; Chairman of Hanoi Association of Main Industrial Products (HAMI); Vice Chairman of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association since 2014; Chairman of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association since 2011; Vice Chairman of Vietnam Youth Federation of Hanoi City since 2014; Chairman of the Clean Energy Symposium of the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum.
With outstanding achievements and contributions to the economy and society, Mr. Le Vinh Son was honoredly awarded many noble certificates of merit by the State and Government such as: Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for his contribution to the cause of building socialism and defence of the Fatherland in 2005, 2011, 2016, 2017; Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for many achievements in production and business activities in 2009; Certificate of Merit from Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for outstanding achievements in organizing the award "Vietnam Golden Star 2015" and many other commendations.

Ms. Tran Kim Dung
Ms. Tran Kim Dung has many years of experience in management in enterprises. She used to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of VietSing Hospital, and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KDG International Joint Stock Company.
In addition to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company, she also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Son Ha Real Estate Development and Investment Joint Stock Company; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Commodity Exchange Joint Stock Company.
Ms. Tran Kim Dung holds a Master of Economics - Academy of Finance.

Mr. Dao Nam Phong used to hold managerial positions at companies such as: General Director of Unimex Joint Stock Company (T&T Group), Deputy General Director of FLC Group, Commercial Director at Hanoi Liquor Joint Stock Company, Chairman of M-Trading Company cum Assistant General Director of Vietnam Investment Corporation (VID), Deputy Director of Prime One Member Limited Liability Company, etc…

Mr. Nguyen Van Dung has many years of experience in the Water industry, having held many important positions at Hoa Binh Water Plant; Chairman cum Director of Ha Dong Clean Water One Member Limited Liability Company.
Currently, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung is a Civil Engineer, graduated from University of Civil Engineering.

Mr. Kieu Duc Lam has held many positions such as: Lecturer at University of Planning and Economics (now National Economics University), Head of Accounting Department of Son La Food Department, Chief of Office of Son La Provincial People's Committee, Director of Son La Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Director of Son La Department of Planning and Investment, Head of the Propaganda Department of Son La Provincial Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Advisor of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietinbank, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Tan Phat Environmental Technology Company Limited, Deputy Chairman of Truong Tien Group Joint Stock Company.
Currently, Mr. Kieu Duc Lam is an independent member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Strategy Board of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Kieu Duc Lam holds a PhD in Economics.

Mr. Nguyen Phuong Nam is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company.

MS. NGUYEN THI THANH THUY
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy has had 4 years of experience in business management at Department of Finance of Lang Son province; 14 years working in the fields of accounting, auditing, banking, risk management at IDJ Group, SHB Bank, Son Ha International Joint Stock Company (SHI).
From July 2020 to now, Ms. Thuy has held the position of Head of Internal Audit Department, Son Ha International Joint Stock Company.
At the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy was elected as the Head of the Board of Supervisors of Son Ha International Joint Stock Company. Before that, she held the role of Head of the Board of Supervisors of the Company for the 2018-2020 term.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy graduated from Academy of Finance.
